So, what’s up guys and welcome to my full review of the xiaomi redmi 3 s, yet another edition into the company’s absolutely awfully named arsenal of smartphones, which are actually fantastic. So just fully start my full review. If we can hit 1000 likes. That would make my day I’d really appreciate it. So with that being said, let’s get started so the redmi 3 s is a really confusing smartphone coming in at 135 dollars, it’s it’s somewhere between their mid-range flagships and no series, and then their budget, smart phones, but the line is a little bit blurred.
Nonetheless, the build quality is top class everything you would expect from smart phones costing up to $ 300. We’Ve got a metal finish, which is simple and pleasing to the eye, and personally, I’m really glad the company hasn’t tried to join the race of world thinnest smartphone. It’S comfortable at 8.5, millimeters, thick and 144 grams they’ve gone for ease of use and comfortable durability. It really does work.
The screen is definitely one of the most controversial parts of the phone five inches great IPS, great 720p resolution, although on paper you can definitely get better displays for the price. This is not actually a bad one at all. The colors in the saturation are absolutely fine and the resolution is still pretty sharp, considering it’s only a five-inch screen smartphone. What I would say, though, is that, while it’s not dim, it is quite hard to read in bright sunlight.
So, let’s talk about processing power under the hood, the redmi 3 s actually has the snapdragon 430. The Adreno 505 followed by 2 gigabytes of ram, so it basically screams mid-range. But this phone might surprise you, because it’s every bit as fluid as even some of the flagship phones released this year – phones costing six $ 700 plus.
So that’s all! Well and good. The phone can keep your UI running smoothly, but, what’s even better is that the 3s is a gaming Beast for $ 130. You can basically play any game on the market.
Here we have Suicide Squad running a pretty solid 30 frames per second, which is not something you tend to see on devices costing this much while it’s on to two scores, a little bit less convincing. This phone is just very fast because of its combination of efficient components, up-to-date version of Android and only a 720p resolution to push so the redmi 3 s has a 13 megapixel camera sensor, followed by an F 2.0 aperture pretty standard on paper, and the same can Basically be said about the output, it’s nothing inspiring, but it’s not too bad either. With a bit of editing, you can actually achieve a pretty good output. It copes reasonably well under low lighting, but unfortunately not too great in HDR scenarios.
The front camera is pretty fine. Nothing to complain about there, but the cameras. 1080P.
30 frames/second footage is a tad on the shaky side, so the battery life at 4100 milliamp hours is where this phone really comes into its own. It’S huge and if you combine that with the fact that we’ve got fast charging as well as a very up-to-date and efficient version of Android means, you literally never need to worry about this thing running out of juice. The speaker, which is often overlooked in most smartphone reviews, is not great, but it’s not bad either.
It’S got the right, sound signature, but unfortunately it’s on the back and the volume is not as loud as it could be. Now I have to say guys these fingerprint sensors are getting damn good it unlocks in about not 0.1 seconds. So a very seamless experience there and you’ll also be glad to know that we’ve got capacity for 256 gigabytes of extra storage, so pretty roomy. Now one of the big complaints that Yami gets is about its MIUI software, which looks a little bit childish and, to be honest, not much has changed here. But one thing that has definitely improved is the optimization, because the software literally flies it’s extremely fast and, to be honest for me, that’s enough to actually take away the monotony of it and my UI is bearable when it’s as slick as it is on this phone And good news Xiaomi has finally managed to ditch the blow where it’s bundled in a few apps things like the battery saver. Things like the cleaner in the calendar, but to be honest, they’re useful and you’d probably end up downloading alternatives or them anyway. So there we go guys the redmi 3 s and for $ 130, it’s pretty impressive. How full of a package this phone is.
Yes, it’s let down by a couple of things. For example, it’s camera it’s screen being 720p, but overall the fact that a phone at $ 130 can perform that well can last that long and can feel that good in the hands is, quite frankly impressive.
