Hi, this is Wayne again with a topic “Vobot Mini Dock: Docking Station w/ Screen & Built-in Apps”.
I am here today with a box from vot: let’s open it up and see what we have inside so first things. First, I have the bot mini dock. This is the ultimate screen: dock combo for ultimate productivity, and then I also have VR 3D gam pad and remote for the mini dock. Now, when they say mini it really truly is mini.
This thing is super tiny, super lightweight and ready to get your productivity on the road you can see right. There is my attachment for my USBC chord to plug into to plug into my computer. Then, on the back, it’s kind of like an extend of my computer plugins. I have HDMI, I have ethernet, I have usba and a USBC Port, but then from the front I have my little knob here that will help me scroll through my 10 different apps on this thing and then, of course, we always need a good distraction when we’re On the computer cuz who actually likes working, we have our little remote control because one of those 10 apps is game mode which supports Nintendo games. So we can go back to Old School playing with our remote control and have lots of fun not doing our work.
Now, let’s set up the computer and turn the camera around so that you’re going to look directly at this and see what we think of it all. Now I’m ready to plug this bad boy in and, as my instructions have informed me, I just need to follow the instructions. Not only can my mini do connect to my laptop. It could also connect to my phone, my tablets, anything I use to connect to the world, so it is telling me to connect using this special code.
So now that I have it all set up, you can see my local time my local day and that can all get changed so on the side. Here are my 10 different apps that I have control over. I can toggle through them using this little dial on the side. I have screen mirroring game emulator, which is my Nintendo games.
I have Pomodoro, which is a reminder to help you switch between work and break time because of the scientific studies that are showing that that you can be more productive when you take time, take breaks an eco-friendly calendar right here, whether for the local areas, stocks cryptocurrency. A to-do list to keep you productive, uh, pcw monitoring, which shows the working status of your computer, such as CPU and GPU information, allowing you to quickly monitor realtime computer conditions, settings of course, and then what’s playing. So it is kind of fun the lights. We can always change the different lights that we have.
Of course, on this side I have two more USBC uh plugins. On my back side, a little funny, I have my usba plugin, my HDMI plugin, my ethernet, I’m sorry, my ethernet plug-in my HDMI plug-in and my USBC plugin and I have my super cool remote control, which does have batteries in the back here. They’Re a little awkward to pop open as you can see, but there are batteries in back, so vot does have an expansion of interfaces as we saw and only requires a power supplies of 100 WT with an HDMI of 4K at 60 HZ. This is very usable.
It has a really nice, transparent, casing, featuring a gradient RGB light strip that diffuses light throughout the translucent shell. Customers can use vot equipment for custom programming, the device supports OTA and the firmware is continuously updated, as we just saw, and this versatile product caters to users who value seamless connectivity and an efficient workspace. All I got to do is scan this code right here and I would be able to get these uh applications downloaded lots of different settings to have so I can change everything up, as I wish to so, of course, on the game emulator again now, if I Scan this code here it brings me to this website where I can then click, and it tells me how to do how to download it. How to get my controller set up configuration, it’s all very simple, to do very easy to do.
Anybody can do this. It doesn’t matter if you’re, techsavvy or not. This is going to be a great product to have to help you be more productive in your work life with its fun colors and everything else, and the fact that it will provide you with that.
Those extra spots for plugins this could be pretty nice with a computer that does not have them all. .
