Ai has been a big part of mwc this year and mediatech are here to show off some really cool real time Technologies on phones locally. Let’S check it out. One of the most interesting things mediatech is showing off is Real Time, gen aai animation. What this does is, it creates a realtime Avatar of the person standing in front of the camera, and you can choose from multiple preset styles to pick how your avatar looks. Another thing you can do with on device: AI is text to video generation.
The mediatech dimensity 9300 is the world’s first platform to onun video diffusion on mobile devices. This technology transforms static images into Dynamic videos, offering users an unprecedented gen, AI video, generating experience. It takes a bit of time to generate the video about 50 seconds and it’s not always exactly accurate, but it’s a really cool technology. So this is a demonstration of real time, AI image generation of the media, Tech, dimensity 9300 chip. I can type and write whatever. I want and every single time I type something the image was generated and it was generated on device offline without any connectivity, which is very impressive, because you don’t need to send your request to a server like you do with mid journey and wait for several minutes. For the image to come back to you, I think it’s pretty cool that we’re seeing more gen AI happening on device, even though it’s a little bit slow and it might not be as accurate.
