There’S been a lot of talk recently about like robots taking over the world AI controlling everything you got, chat, GPT, open, AI sort of things are getting autonomized everywhere and there’s a big question about whether or not they should and the bigger question about whether or not We should meet eco-flow blade, it will automatically and autonomously mow. Your lawn Eco flow is a company. That’S been around for a while.
We’Ve covered them in the past, usually they’re known for Battery Technology, even some new stuff coming out that we’ll talk about in future videos. They’Ve got a fridge and an air conditioning called the glacier and the wave two. The easiest way that I can describe what the blade does is compared to another product that I think we’re all familiar with a robot vacuum. You may have noticed I’ve covered a few of them uh here on the channel. They all basically work the same way, there’s a robot that can map the world around it. It goes around your house autonomously. Just doing its thing sucking up all your grossness blade is the same thing, but it’s just for your lawn and go around cutting the grass it can even sweep leaves and debris that might fall on it all. While you get to sit at home in your pajamas watching TV doing absolutely nothing like a robot vacuum, this thing it looks cool, seems more fitting for like surface of Mars, rather than your backyard.
So I didn’t know this, but robot and mowers have been around for a while. I’Ve always kind of done. The same thing, but one thing ecoflow has added to the blade, is something that we have not seen before ever in the industry.
It’S the first lawnmower with a sweeping solution so mowing your lawn is obviously important, but you want to keep it like. Looking good in between said Moe’s, so you want to make sure there aren’t any leaves, sticks or other sort of debris. That is there. You want that to get picked up and that’s where the Lawn Sweeper kit can do for you. That is something that sold separately, but it will do all that sweeping stuff, for you looks really similar to a regular lawnmower bag.
But with this, the blade will go around your lawn and clean things up, which honestly is really cool to actually see for most of the time. I think this is their reason to use the blade, so grass has to grow, which takes time to breathe, is constantly landing on your lawn, causing you to be judged by your rival dad next door. The blade can take care of all of that for you and keep rival dead in its place. In order to do that, there has to be some smarts built in, and there is a lot here, so this is ecoflows they’re, calling it xvision technology built in lets.
The blade see the world around it with all of that. It has smart obstacle avoidance, which makes sure it can see things like flowers, pools and other terrain. It can go around it and not just you know, drown itself plus this doesn’t need a physical boundary either competitors out there require you to run a wire around your house. The mower knows where to stop both intelligence built in you can set in Virtual boundaries and let the blade just do the rest inside xvision is using a combination of lidar rtk and visual sensors to see the world around.
It sort of it automatically plan the most efficient route to get the best mode possible. So it’s not going to get stuck. You never have to worry about it, sort of missing an area like I mentioned the front. It says a very unique design that Nico blade telling us for a reason. Uh design is meant to be able to cut lawns in the best way possible, but also fit more lawn variables. So wheels up front are 200 millimeters in diameter and they are omnidirectional which looks completely strange. The wheels don’t actually turn when they’re in motion, but it does work surprisingly well, but you can flow. Did this, so we just can overcome up to 40 millimeter obstacles so that the wheels will be sort of out of the way of Those sensors and it’s for the cutting. It can adjust the cutting height from 20 to 76 millimeters, depending on your lawn and each pass. It will cut 260 millimeter width, which is sort of wider than the industry average. It also can cut on a slope, so it should work for sort of most Lawns.
No matter what terrain you have so like with all that stuff, you might think it’s like a pretty big package uh. It’S not that small. It looks more like a battle bot than a lawnmower. It’S pretty easy to build all the pieces together, depending on what you want to do when you are out on your lawn you’re, going to get this Thor’s hammer. Mjolnir here is a way, that’s communicating with the satellite sort of give it its location.
So it knows sort of where to map and help tell it where to go and when it is out there in case you find yourself getting stuck in the elements. A little bit of drizzle happening, ipx5 water resistance, an ecofo is a company. That’S been standing by behind their products, they’re doing that here as well, so first a lifetime replacement of stuff that can break so we’re talking, blades cables, nails and pegs. But if you want to talk to them, sort of get one-on-one customer service they’re, offering four years of that either one-on-one phone calls or WhatsApp to make sure that your blade will be blading on keeping your lawn.
Looking like this for a really long time and obviously you’re set up, probably won’t include an external battery, but we are out in an area with no Outlets, but if you’ve got an outlet you’re home, you know not gon na need that all that is cool. But there were a few worries that came to mind when I saw this, I think the first one is theft. You got this really cool robot driving around your lawn.
What’S up someone from just picking it up and taking it with them actually inside of the blade uh, there’s 4G GPS and esim built in you should always keep an eye on what’s going on, and it always know where it is. It’S used as a wireless signal. She always be able to see it even when it’s away from your house, who is this thing really for uh well like with most robot stuff in your house. This is very much a luxury product that sort of makes your life just a bit easier. It’S great for keeping your lawn, clean and trim all the time that you need to go out and do it yourself, which does make things a lot easier.
