Hi, this is Wayne again with a topic “Realme X2 Pro – the OnePlus 7T KILLER?”.
This is the real me x2 Pro. Please stop! Don’T click off the video I promise I’ll explain myself. This is a real me that you should actually buy it’s competing with the redmi k20 pro the me 90 pro and actually the oneplus 17, it’s 399 euros, which puts it in the same price range as the aforementioned me, 90 pro and redmi k20 pro and sits Comfortably under the 599 euro, one plus 70, so for this kind of price, what are you getting it? Snapdragon 855 plus a gigabytes of ram, nothing more than that rom present is the aforementioned snapdragon 855 plus the system-on-chip up to 12 gigabytes of ram up to 256 gigabytes of storage. A four thousand milliamp hour battery 50 watt super vooc flash charge, a 64 megapixel quad camera array, a 90 hertz full HD, plus AMOLED display and a headphone port. It’S one of the most packed spec sheets that i’ve ever seen, let alone in this price range that top spec option with 12 gig of ram and 256 gig of storage is still under 500 euros. It takes so many boxes that it’s actually kind of difficult to think that this thing exists, and you know what it could be better than the oneplus 70. Those specs translate pretty well to real life. I’Ve never really been into real me phones purely due to color OS, it’s known to be bloated, filled with pre-installed apps that you can’t get rid of and have this kind of toy like skin to it that was color OS 6. This is colorized 6.1 and I can’t believe I’m saying this, but it’s actually not that bad, like I don’t think I’d have a problem recommending this phone to someone, even with color OS on it and that’s kind of a game. Changer, for me gone are the childish, aesthetic changes in favour of this more grown-up and sophisticated approach? Gone are those horrible pre-installed apps, although a small number still exists and in place is a UI that, whilst not perfect, is such a step up from the previous version that it feels almost unreal color OS feelin this fresh in just an incremental update.
Yes, please, okay, it’s not quite as polished as oxygen OS NIT will get updated as well or as frequently his oxygen OS, but it’s a massive step in the right direction, so good job Romi. Of course, this is massively helped by the fact that we have the best specs around and a super smooth display. The former is responsible for the great performance in and around the operating system and as well as in games.
The x2 Pro is actually really good for gaming, and surely I couldn’t give this attribute to the phone. Without talking about the 6.5 inch 90 Hertz AMOLED display it’s big, it’s bright, its sharp its colorful and it’s silky smooth. It’S not incredibly color accurate, unfortunately, but it’s not got that horrible blue shift that the original aroma ex had. You can certainly tell that these two are related. The external features are similar, such as the camera, housing and accent found on it and the aluminium rails that surround the phone, the button and port placements and, of course, that rare color now they may look similar, but how they feel in the hand, is completely different. The roomy x2 pro is now using glass. Instead, the plastic found on the back of the original real me X, meaning it’s cold to the touch in the morning and generally feels a lot more premium and actually more in line with what its competitors are doing, such as oneplus in this space. And it doesn’t stop there remember how last time around room, we were using just a standard camera and a depth sensor. Well, this time around they’re, integrating those two plus an ultra wide plus a telephoto.
Looking at you, Google pixel, for what does this all mean? Well, you’re, actually gon na get a pretty versatile camera. Note that I didn’t say amazing, because whilst the images are a big improvement over the last time around, they aren’t perfect, especially in portrait mode and in low-light situations. Due to that underdeveloped software with a large 64 megapixel sensor, the hardware is certainly there and has the potential to do a lot of damage, but real Me’s post-processing leaves a lot to be desired. I mean just look at this night time. Shop, oof is a word for it. Verdict on the camera a solid, seven point: eight out of ten, the good camera system on a hardware level, with room for a lot of improvement on the soft, and it’s still not quite as good as the one plus 70.
But I don’t think you can say the same about charging, because this phone is worlds ahead of its competition. It uses a 50 watt charging. Brick, that’s faster than one plus is walk, charge 30 T faster than while weighs supercharged and, of course, faster than Apple’s 18 watt fast charging the 51 I’ll say again: 50 watt charging brick will get the room ex2 Pro from 0 to 100 in under 30 minutes.
In our testing and that’s lower than its advertised 35 minutes and trust me, I’ve had all the time in the world to retest, not that you’ll really need to charge up a lot because of the four thousand milliamp hour battery in the room. Ext pro he’s pretty good, it’s not amazing and if you’re gaming on the phone, like a lot of people, I’d expect use this phone for you’re, not gon na get a full day of use. But if you’re using a smart phone like you, would any other smartphone you’re easily gon na get a full day with around 10 to 20 % left at the end of the day like I did, and when you wake up, you can just stick it on charge. For half an hour and you’ve got a hundred percent battery, it’s unreal. How fast listing charges and, like I said before, if you’re gaming and it doesn’t ask you the full day – you can just hop up at lunchtime for 10 minutes and get a massive percentage. All in and that’s kind of my thoughts on the entire Ferren.
It’S it’s unbelievable value for money, you’re, getting the top specs out of arguably any phone on the market bar the ROG phone you’re, getting all of that in a phone in its top spec. That’S under 500 euros step aside oneplus: this is the new flagship killer. Okay, guys, I hope you enjoyed my review off the row me x2 Pro.
