Hi, this is Wayne again with a topic “Quickly Scroll to the Right in Your Excel Spreadsheets”.
In this short Excel video, I want to show you how to quickly move to the right edge of your data in Microsoft. Excel. Let’S get started so here I have a spreadsheet and you can see there are many columns and in fact it goes all the way to column s now. Imagine, instead of going to column s what if there were dozens and dozens, even hundreds of columns in your Excel spreadsheet, how could you quickly move to the far right edge of your spreadsheet? Now there are a couple of different ways. You could do that, so I hope you’ll watch my other tutorials that cover other ways. You could jump to different parts of a spreadsheet quickly, but in this article I want to show you how you can quickly scroll to the right now. Of course, you could use this scroll bar that’s at the bottom of the Excel interface. You could definitely just click and drag and move that over. You could also tap Tab and even hold tab to quickly move to the right side, but there’s an even faster way. What you can do is hold the ALT key and tap the page down button. Every time you do that it jumps further to the right.
It jumps 20 columns. Every time you hold alt and tap page down now, if you hold the ALT key and the page down key look what happens? It jumps very very quickly to the far right of your spreadsheet and, as you can see, it doesn’t really matter. If there’s data there or not, it just keeps moving to the right.
