So, like I said, the M1 from Apple was kind of like the turning point in the CPU industry, because we saw Something happen that never happened before, which is technology built around making the software just run better, which is optimization., And that’s going to be happening now with Intel with AMD with everybody else are going to be following these trends.. Let’S just face it. The five gigahertz barrier on CPU is pretty much it. They’ve come to a wall., So if you can’t make things more powerful, well, then guess what You have to make things so that they’re more optimized. Now this is gon na come across. In many different ways. In the gaming industry, we’re going to see a lot of this coming in in what they call upscaling. Now, what upscaling is is basically they go and they take a game that has a much higher resolution and they take millions and millions of Pictures of the said game, and then they put that on top of your game., So let’s just say that you’re playing your game.
And for you you have a video card that only does 1080p.. Okay, that’s fine.! So now you’ll be able to have a card that plays 1080p, but the game that you’re playing would actually be optimized. And what you’d be seeing is a 4K. But at a 1080p setting. And we’re going to see the same thing happening across the board with software., And this is actually a really good thing. And I’m surprised that it hasn’t happened.
Sooner., When Apple came out with their M1 chip and they made everything work with their software much better. This was a turning point, whether you realize it or not, because think about this. There is a lot of software out there. Photoshop Lightscape, all these programs that are just super powerful system intensive. And if we can make those products run much better on the existing platforms that we have and in the future, make it so that when we get a Brand new, CPU or GPU that all of these things are just going to run better because it’s been optimized to do that. It’s going to change the playing field in a big big way. I mean, let’s just face: it. Super duper high-end, CPUs and GPU. At this point in TIME, let’s just face it they’re hard to get ahold, of. They’re almost impossible to get ahold of..
I can’t really say impossible because obviously somebody’s getting a hold of them. And with all the minors sucking up all the video cards and all that stuff. The market has really changed a lot. So trying to get ahold of really high-end equipment.
Even right now has become really a pain in the butt thing.. So unless you wan na buy a whole system getting a video card, let’s just face it: it’s a biatch., It just really is.. So why not make everything so that it’s optimized to run better, And that is the future of technology. Technology’s future right now with things and how they are is not more powerful, CPUs and GPU’s yeah we’re probably going to see that.
But, like I said in the Cpu division we’ve already hit that wall. And until we’re gon na be jumping into quantum computing and into things that are more technologically advanced than they are now we’re kind of at a standstill and videos. Sure they’re pushing out new video cards. AMD is, but these super duper high-end video cards are hard to get ahold of.. So if you can make the lower end, video cards play the games better or at least look better to the person who’s visualizing and using the system playing the game. That’S going to be a big deal.
And I think that’s going to be something that’s going to change the industry completely because, as the years keep going by we’re going to see more and more companies developing their software around the hardware. In the past, it really has Been like this. You’ve got the hardware people on this side. You’Ve got the software people on this side.
Yeah they talk a little bit.. Do they optimize for each other? No, they really don’t.. But now in the future, software companies will be working more in conjunction with the CPU companies to make sure that everything is being taken advantage of every little piece of technological advancement that can make it run better will be implemented into that making it so that you Get the absolute best performance even on lower end equipment., And that’s going to be something incredible..
