Hi, this is Wayne again with a topic “Metapen iPad Pencil for Apple iPad A14, A11, A8 – Stylus, 2X Faster Charge and Palm Rejection”.
But before we start today’s video subscribe to our Channel hit the Bell notification icon and like share and comment to this video today, we will talk about these amazing pencils, A8, a11 and A14 for your iPad, let’s unbox and show off the features now starting off with The A8 here this pencil is going to be great for your everyday iPad User. Inside we have the directions to help. You understand how it works. We have the pencil and some tips and then underneath the plastic, we have the charging cord and the fun stickers.
Now the A8 has a USB C charging cord on both ends, and that is how you charge it. 4 minutes of charging will get you 2 hours worth of usability, which is pretty cool. Moving on to the A1, the a11 is going to be good. For your note, takers, your uh business officials and fols, like that right inside we have some super cool stickers, our instructions and our pencil. Here now the a11 comes with a USBC charging cord and a USB charging spot. This USB plugs into a block, and you can charge up your pen right like so here now this. This is again like the A8 in 4. Minutes of charging will provide you with 2 hours of usage, and let’s move on to our last pen, the A14. Now the A14 is going to be for your newer iPads we’re talking 2023 newer, and it’s going to do some really cool things with those newer iPads, including wirelessly charging.
So with our instructions you can see, there is no cord here at all. We just have our super cool stickers underneath, and that is because it is wirelessly charging. You place it right on top of your iPad and you will see the top will start glowing red or blue, telling you its charging status, and that is also really awesome to have being able to wirelessly charge.
You don’t have to worry about anything cords. Now. All these pens do come with various tips in them and do can work with various different apps, like notability good notes and the standard app on most iPads are note.
Taking app now, each of the meta pens does come with some slightly different aspects and qualities, but but that’s okay, cuz! We are going to talk about each one so that you can figure out which one is right for you, but don’t worry. All of the pens can attach magnetically onto the top, just like that, just the A8 and the a11 are not going to be charging up top they’re just going to be sitting here. These all these pens do fit very nicely right on top here. In any iPad case or eye pencil grip uh, so they really are very similar to that apple pencil. Now, the metap pen, pencil a11, is a little bit different than the A14. In that you do have to plug it into charge.
It does come with its charging cord with that USBC plug-in right here and USB plug-in forid block on the other end, but once charged up it functions very nicely and you won’t notice. You can turn it on and off by the button. That’S right here there’s a little light flashing at me telling me it’s charging status or it’s battery life right now and once I get into my iPad here, I can start right in on the notes. I don’t need Bluetooth to connect me right now, because I’m in my my notes app, but if I wanted to use this in another app, I may need to connect it through to Bluetooth. Now it is nice because it will connect up top here for travel, but remember it’s not wirelessly charging up here at all, so that is going to be a bit different, doesn’t have any pen uh buttons on the top, it’s pretty simple to use, but this is Going to be great for your notet takers, so students out there who are using their iPads take notes for your business officials for business meetings and things like that or even digital designers. I might not be the best artist, but it it does react very nicely to my pen and increases shading.
As I go over things, and that is very nice. It does come with different tips here, and these tips can also uh fit your your apple pencil uh. First and second generation now: let’s talk about the metap pen, pencil A8. Now to turn this pencil on and off, I just have to double tap on the top here, and a double tap will turn it off and a double tap will turn it on. Like so and you’ll know that it’s on or off because of a little light right up top here now it can magnetically attach here but remember it is not charging when it is magnetically attached to my iPad like this, I have to charge it using a USBC. Double cord like so the one provided now, the good news is 4 minutes of charging will give me 2 hours of usability time and that works out pretty nicely for me.
Now the A8 pencil is going to be good for your everyday iPad User. I might get this for for my mother who’s, not using her iPad for taking notes and is not using her iPad for digital design, but if she wanted to dabble in either of those Arts, she can definitely do so with this pencil because it will still get The job done and now you can see I can shade with this pencil. I can write little notes with this pencil and it still looks very nice. Despite my own handwriting here, the A8 once fully charged does have a battery life of 10 plus hours, which is very nice.
I am right now working in the uh Notes, app of my iPad and this A8 pencil clearly works very well and it will also work well in your goodnotes app or your notability, app or other apps like that. But keep in mind that this does not have a Bluetooth connection, keep in mind also, if your iPad is older than than 2018, your A8 pencil is not going to work. It is only compatible with iPads, 2018 and younger, but this pencil works really nicely. I love being able to draw with it and I think it will be great for any of those everyday users. Here I have the A14. You can see it wirelessly. It connects right here on the top of my iPad and it starts charging right like so now. This pen does connect through Bluetooth. Here you might be able to see that blue light now that it is charged and ready to go but metap pen, pencil A14 is perfect for the newer iPads it wirelessly charges andir with your iPad to show off its battery life. You can press the top button to return to home or or you can press it twice to access the app switcher. This is a perfect fit in any iPad case or eye pencil grip. Now it’s really nice.
You can customize the side buttons to do as you wish. The first click second click and third click. You can have them do as you, please, which always is helpful to me, because I hate it when the technology sets up their own clicking system and then I can never remember it. I need something I can remember not somebody else’s and don’t worry. Metap pen, pencil is always evolving and changing and coming up with new updates for your pencils, and so you are always going to have new functions and it it’s going to be great you’re, going to love these pencils and in comparison to the Apple iPad pencil, which You know Best Buy, it’s like you’ve got to buy the apple pencil.
Well, you can, but I get it. You just spent a couple hundred, maybe a th000 on this new iPad. Do you really want to Fork over another 100 for that name brand pencil, when these will get the job done perfectly and amazingly? Well, when you go to make that decision as to what kind of metap pen pencil you want to order, I get it it’s going to be a tough decision for you, but you got to ask yourself: what do you want your metap pen pencil to be able To do if you are looking for just um pencil for your iPad for daily use and daily things, the metap pencil A8 is going to be for you now.
If, if you are looking for a metap pen pencil that is better with the newer iPads, I’m talking 2023 new iPads and you want that wireless charging and everything, then you are going to want to go with the metap pen, pencil A14. But finally, if you’re a student, a business person or just someone who takes a lot of notes, then you’re going to want to look into getting the meta pencil a11. So you are going to want to check out the metap pen pencil.
