Hi, this is Wayne again with a topic “Meet Weedebud”.
Sure uh, my name is kevin lamson, and this is weedy bud. Bud is a gardening robot that simplifies the process of keeping on top of your weeds in your landscape and your garden. We thought of weedy bud when we saw nathan’s mother who loves to garden and she loves fresh vegetables, as does her whole family, but she was overwhelmed with the weed load and we thought that maybe there’s something we can do about that. Weedy bud uh uses mechanical removal much like a hoe mite to remove the weeds when they’re small and at the sprout level it uses a camera to identify a sprout and then it uses what’s called slam technology to get from point a to point b across. You know rocks and obstacles and things, and then it takes care of the takes care of the sprout.
While it’s still small and easy yes, weedy bud will be for sale, we’ll be running a kickstarter campaign in the very near future. We would love to see it on shelves everywhere for anybody who is interested in taking care of the wheat problem. .
