Hi, this is Wayne again with a topic “Lenovo’s new concept laptop and accessories are CRAZY.”.
I’M here at CES 2024 with Lenovo talking about some concept devices that the company is launching today. Now these are just concept devices, so there’s no plan to bring them to Market and there’s no pricing or availability, but they do give an idea of what Lenovo has in mind, possibly for the future. So right here we have a pretty standard laptop. You know you got your keyboard. You’Ve got your display and all that, but when you spin it around, that’s when it gets interesting on the back is a color e ink display that you can customize in all sorts of different ways, if you’re the kind of person who puts a lot of stickers On the back of their laptop to help it differentiate from the sea of other laptops around you, this is going to be a fun new way to make it your own without having to put stickers on the back. You can change this to all sorts of different designs and I’m sure Lenovo has all sorts of ideas in mind of different programs. You can do for customizing the back.
Of course. This is a concept device, so there’s no actual plans to bring this to Market. But this is pretty cool and I would be very excited to get something like this for myself right here we have the Lenovo thinkbook 13x Gen 4.
It looks like your standard 13-in laptop, but on the back you have a set of magnets and some Pogo pins. That allow you to snap on accessories really easily and there’s some really Innovative stuff that Noah has come up with to make use of this new technology. The first accessory we have here is real.
This is not a concept product. This is actually coming to Market at some point this year. This is a 4k camera with a speaker system on the top.
You just snap that to the top of the lapt top, and now you have a high quality, Visual and audio experience. Another accessory that Lenovo has is a concept accessory. This does not actually work, but it could possibly work in the future depending on consumer response.
This is an SSD card, so you snap that on and now you have access to much more storage instantly without any cables needed. And finally, we have my favorite accessory, which is this a 10in display that gives you two displays on your laptop instantly once you connect it once again, this one is a concept device. It is probably not going to come to Market anytime soon, but depending on consumer response, this could be something Lenova makes in the future. .
