Today we will share iPhone 13 Pro Face ID common issue, repair case.. Let’S check what is going on.. There are two issues that are most common at present.: One is that Face ID is set to normal, but the phone cannot be unlocked.. The other is that the interface repeatedly prompts “ move higher move lower”, Let’s troubleshoot. Opening the Heges APP, which can generate 3D models by scanning the face.. You can see that the facial model is incomplete..
The incomplete face model means the dot. Projector is faulty. As the lens in the dot projector is fixed with glue, and the manufacturer did not use enough glue to fix it, causing the dot projector lens to loose during the use of the phone.
Loose dot. Projector can cause abnormal, focusing and lead to incomplete. Facial scan. Next we will introduce a quick and safe solution. Disassemble the phone, remove the Face ID assembly and fix it on the fixture.. First use a knife to cut a hole on the side of the dot.
Projector. Then cut two notches on the internal lens part, to facilitate better glue fixation later and avoid rework. Continue the same operation on the other side. Use special tweezers to lift the internal lens part up and use Heges APP to adjust the lens part to the correct Position.
Apply a small amount of UV glue to fix the dot. Projector internal lens. Then use a UV curing lamp to cure.
The glue. Finally cover the openings with black stickers, avoiding the possibility of water intrusion. Reinstall the Face ID assembly., Install the motherboard screen and turn on the phone to test.
Open the Heges APP. Now the facial model is completed. Turn on the Face ID setting to test.. It’S normal., The phone can be unlocked, normally.
