Hi, this is Wayne again with a topic “Helio X30 Deca-Core – The Fastest Smartphone Processor EVER!”.
Technology really is just amazing when you think about it: companies they work, day-in day-out to produce his new technology, so powerful, so brilliant that almost instantly the previous things that we all knew and loved they just become obsolete. One such example is the Helio x30 a new processor to be released by mediatek in the coming year. Now this company has gone from strength to strength that has really made a name for itself and started off making ultra budget chips for Chinese brand names that no one had really heard of and now with the Helio excerpt e, it is going to try and become The most powerful chip manufacturer in the world, so this revolution begun with the Helio x10, which is the first foray into the high-end market, and the x10 was really just amazing in terms of its price to performance ratio and they actually modified the big.little architecture. When making this so, the x10 actually has eight cortex a53 cores with four of them at two gigahertz and four of them at one point: four gigahertz, and so when you’re doing less intensive tasks, the lower clock, speed, wuns kick in and the more intensive the upper Ones kick in and the result is extremely good performance and pretty decent efficiency and then, quite recently, mediatek actually announced the ex 20, which just blew people’s minds.
Instead of having two clusters of processes, they’ve now got three leading to a total of ten calls. Now you could probably tell this is actually very, very similar to the previous x10 there’s still two clusters of four cortex a53 cores, but now they’ve actually added two cortex a72 cores on top of that and those are next generation processors manufactured on a much more refined Method and that should offer up to 140 percent more GPU performance in the x10, and only using 60 % of the GPU power, which is obviously a huge improvement in efficiency. Looking at the end to two scores, the ex 20 is projected to score higher than any current smartphone available. If that really wasn’t exciting enough, then we have the ex 30. Very recently, the company actually announced that this processor is already in the works that we could be seeing it in early next year.
My guess is that it’ll actually end up coming out towards the middle of next, but nonetheless I can barely contain my excitement. Essentially, this is like the Helio x20, but even more efficient, it’s manufactured on a 16 nanometer process and instead of just two cortex, a 72 course, it’s got ta have for combining the effects of a shrinking the die size alongside this increased processing power, and we could Be seeing another performance jump of 50 60 70 percent from the X 20, which is already this insane Decca core chip, one leaf detail of the X 30, which just gives us an idea. The potential power it could have is that it can actually take 40 megapixel photos and not just that it can take them so quickly that it can take 24 in a second. That is just unheard of right now, so there it is guys that is the Helio X 30. The X 10 is audio and it is everything the company expected and said it would be absolutely mind-blowing performance. So I can’t wait to see what the X 20 and the X 30 have in store for us.
