Could The Pixel 7 Pro be Crowned KING?!? (Review)

Hi, this is Wayne again with a topic “Could The Pixel 7 Pro be Crowned KING?!? (Review)”.
If the pixel 6 Pro redefined what it means to be a Google Flagship, then the Google pixel 7 Pro is the whole damn boat, plus the kitchen sink it’s review time, and here are our top three reasons to pick the Google pixel 7 Pro starting at the Top things that were broken and left the good stuff, starting with the fingerprint sensor, it’s definitely faster. New Samsung modem inside fixes the connectivity issues and they upgraded to the arm Mali, g710, GPU and custom TPU, which helps with making the 7 Pro more efficient and less of a heat hog. It still gets warm, but it’s not molten lava so getting inside of the pixel 7 Pro Google has replaced the first gen tensor with the tensor G2, an update in name as well as changing the GPU and the modem, but not really much else. The Google pixel 7 Pro doesn’t Benchmark very well, as you can see here, but with Google, it’s more about creating a balanced user experience. So users shouldn’t really have any issues, but even with the lack of change in processing cores, Google managed to get a lot out of the performance of G2, while fixing the widely reported connectivity issues of the pixel 6.

Pro Google claims that the TPU tensor processing unit is now 60 faster at voice and imaging tasks as well as 20 percent more efficient in general. The Mali g710 GPU helps to solve the overheating issue of its predecessor, and the Samsung built modem has vastly improved the connectivity and switching between cellular and Wi-Fi in Ryan Haynes review of the pixel 7 Pro. He mentioned that even in his rural Pennsylvania Town connectivity wasn’t an issue for the most part, our other writers connectivity issues were nearly non-existent on the pixel 7 Pro with one writer telling me that only once or twice did they have to even look at toggling the Airplane mode and do that little toggle trick there. The second and I would argue the most compelling reason to pick up the Google pixel 7 Pro is the camera setup. The cameras didn’t change much, but they didn’t need to and somehow the photography still got better and did I mention that it shoots 4K video at 30 and 60 frames per second, even with the selfie camera. The pixel 7 Pro has a 50 megapixel main sensor, a 12 megapixel Ultra wide and a 48 megapixel telephoto lens, as well as a 10.8 megapixel front-facing camera. We had the chance to roam around and gather some stunning test images, but first Harley, you know what man uh, I’m I’m a pretty curious guy uh you know and and that that means that sometimes I’m going to want to watch curiosity stream. And you know what, after watching a great documentary about the wild world, I’m a huge fan of snapping pics of bugs spiders and close-ups of flowers and other fun Textures in my real life adventures and the pixel 7 Pro does the trick featuring three stunning cameras and A great selfie cam, but the macro mode honestly, is my favorite thing about the pixel 7 Pro and it’s it has to be one of the things that gets me the most excited. It gives me a level of Versatility that you just don’t get with the standard. Pixel 7, so my picks of bugs and flowers look stunning and I can get as close as possible while still getting great autofocus. This phone is truly a shutterbug’s dream and it helps me to be curious and explore the world around me with little limitations, see Scott and I even took to the streets of Brooklyn for some night photography and we had a blast.

In fact, the pixel 7 Pro is the first time that I’ve had this much fun using a phone to take pictures in a very long time, especially in low light. We even decided to test out the pixel 7 Pro against my Nikon Z6 mirrorless camera. Just to see what’s possible now, don’t get me wrong. I will always love my professional camera for work, but what computational photography does and what the pixel 7 Pro does so well is take the laptop and Photoshop away. You don’t need it and you can post your favorite memories in minutes instead of having to ingest and go through them, like you would traditionally with a professional camera. My personal favorite camera feature would have to be the 10 megapixel wide selfie camera, which doesn’t look muddy at all. It captures great memories wide enough that you conclude most of your friends or family without stretching your arm out too much in portrait mode. You know it just really shows off what this phone can do and, as you can see from these images here, Ryan Haynes got some really nice portrait mode shots of himself. The pixel 7 bow is bigger and better in almost every way that it counts. Okay, so we’re going to start with the most visibly noticeable feature.

The display the pixel 7 Pro’s curved gorilla glass victus display features nearly double the peak knit brightness of the previous phone curing the hard to see and sunlight display of the pixel 6 Pro with a whopping 1500 nit Peak brightness. This will allow you to take full advantage of the crystal clear 6.7 inch, OLED 1440p display, with a refresh rate of up to 120 hertz colors, look great documents, look sharp and scrolling Pages feels crisp and, looking at the stunning photos that this phone can take directly On the display, they’re just a joy to view some large Flagship phones feel extremely bulky in the hand, but the pixel 7 Pro is just slightly wider than the standard pixel 7. So you won’t really notice a massive change in the hand, feel taking the strain of capturing those special moments or you know watching Netflix on the go out of the picture. As for the 5 000 milliamp hour battery, like we had mentioned it’s, it’s not all roses. It’S not bigger than the last one.

Our average charge rate was 15 watts of charging, but at its highest, the pixel 7 Pro hovered between 17 watts and 21 Watt peak charging during our testing, which is virtually unchanged from the previous pixel 6 Pro, even with the lacking and charging speed compared to the Super fast charge rates of other Tier 1 devices, the pixel 7 Pro was able to push the battery limit to a full day and a half, and as the device continues to learn from you honestly, it might be possible that you can get even longer battery life And to round out the specs, All Pro Models have 12 gigabytes of LP ddr5 RAM and you’ll have the choice between 128 gigs or 256 gigs options in obsidian Black Snow White, Hazel Green there’s also a 512 gigabyte option, but that one’s only going to be available In certain regions now there are some issues that we definitely need to talk about, and our qualms with this device would mainly be with the aesthetic. Many of our readers aren’t really a fan of the curved glass and I’d have to agree. Why can’t we just get a flagship pro model phone with a flat screen? Google? I I wish that we could it’s. You know it’s just a little thing. Also the glossy finish and the shiny, chrome chassis are horrible, fingerprint smudges.

They collect a lot of dust or in and around the edges, and it’s a little bit slick as well, which you know as somebody who’s got Butterfingers. That can be a definite problem and if I could wish for one thing on the pixel 7 Pro it’s that it would have the same brushed aluminum finish of the pixel 7., they should have brought it over to the pro 2.. They really should have – and the last thing that I have beef with – is that Google didn’t really change much with tensor G2. I mentioned this earlier, but this phone doesn’t Benchmark well and in our own testing it only managed a geekbench score of 10.55 well below the competition and, if you’re looking to get high-end processing power for intense Mobile gaming, the pixel 7 Pro does not hit the mark.

Could The Pixel 7 Pro be Crowned KING?!? (Review)

If Google had focused more on pushing tensorgy to a little bit more, it could have taken that bit of ammo away from iPhone fans and given Android gaming fans. You know a phone to really drool over. That being said, it’s still a solid phone for the average person and Android Gamers will just have to stick to phones like the Samsung s22 Ultra, the Asus rog6 or some other great gaming phones that are available right now, but are any of the negatives really enough To stop me from loving this phone nope, no, not one bit with all-day battery great cameras. Reliable connectivity, the pixel 7 Pro doesn’t struggle to be a great phone.

Could The Pixel 7 Pro be Crowned KING?!? (Review)

The way that the pixel 6 did. The Google pixel 7 Pro is a flagship, by name and by Price. Well, it’s not too hard on the wallet either.

So should you pick up the Google pixel 7 Pro over the pixel 6 Pro we gave the pixel 7 Pro a 4.5 stars out of 5.. So, unless you’re, really enticed by the much reduced price of the pixel 6 Pro listed here, the pixel 7 Pro for its price listed over here, will most likely put a smile on your face.
