But before we start today’s video subscribe to our Channel hit the Bell notification icon and like share and comment to this video. So I just got my seg mar mobility scooter and I am super excited to open this up and see what it is like. I’M a little nervous cuz. It is a huge box.
I had to have help, get it it into my house, so I’m nervous about how what how much the scooter weighs and how I can move it around being a small person. But let’s open it up and see what we think right away. We have our nice widened and comfy chair here very easy to pull out and it looks really good it flips down for Easy Storage.
This does have a lot of nice cushioning on it. I think it will be really comfortable, then have my post to put my seat in and secure it my direction manual and my key. The key is very important. You cannot start it unless you have a key and my detachable basket for when I go shopping here.
I have all of my cables to plug it in because this will need charging up before I use it, but once charged it can travel at about 5 mph, and then you have about a 13 M range before you run out of battery. So here I have my batteries. This might be the heaviest of the whole thing here. This is where I would be charging my batteries and everything it’s nice and secure in here. So it’s not going to get wet when I’m driving around in not ideal conditions, but they are nice and secured and very powerful, and I have a scooter all right, my battery’s on charge behind me here.
So let’s get this this all put together. So first things. First, we have our seat here to put on this is our chair lever we want to put on this does have a pin in it I’m going to pull that pin out.
This allows me to adjust the height four different heights here. This scooter is good for people who are about 5 ft to about 6’4. So that’s a pretty good range of folks now, when I put this in I’m going to want to put it in and make sure that my pin can go right into the Hool down here at the height that I preferred so it is in, and my pin Is secured, and once that is all done, I can put my chair on with this post going right into my Center Post and once it is in, I cannot move the chair here. You see until I pull the lever. This lever allows me to turn the chair fully around if I prefer. This allows for easy on and off for individuals who need that help so easy on and off sitting right down and then twisting instead of having to turn into this chair now, once that is on, we do have removable armrests that we can put on.
It is by choice to use these. These armrests do go up and down. I prefer armr on when I’m when I’m in a scooter just because they feel more secure to me.
These armrests can be adjusted in and out as I prefer once those are on. I can attach my basket right up front easy, onoff basket and I can take my key and put it right on in and once my battery is charged, I’m ready to go now.
