All the important stuff that will be in the description, all right, so the Eco flow Delta 2 – is it’s a spec Powerhouse and that’s exactly what Eco flow was going for uh. They want this to be sort of the default go-to portable battery on the market.
I’Ve been looking at this battery, it’s kind of hard to argue with that uh. The most important thing when it comes to a big bad battery is big bad battery capacity. I want to be able to charge anything and everything and then keep those anything and everything’s powered for a long time.
The Delta 2 has 1800 watt AC output with up to 2200 watts of capacity uh. That means you can power pretty much anything in your home. Your fridge, your blender, your TV, your microwave, your coffee maker. What other weird things you got into your bed: it can power all of those with the capacity of the battery means.
You don’t really have to think about whether or not it’s going to power that thing that you need. In fact, the sucker can power 15 devices simultaneously as long as you’re within the capacity there’ll be no issues. The most impressive thing, though, to me, is that this thing is actually modular: it’s expandable, the Delta II.
You can pick up extra batteries either up to 2048 Watt hours or 3040 Watt hours and when you just move Beyond milliamp hours to Watt hours today, you’re talking a lot of power, so you can add more if you need it now to power. All of these devices you’ve got a few different options, so this thing’s got like porch for days on the front. You’Ve got two USBC 100 watt ports. Then you’ve got two usba ports.
Then you’ve got two USPA fast charge. Ports on the back you’ve got variations of six household Outlets to plug in whatever it is that you need. You also have 12 volt on the bottom for a bunch of accessory charging, and if all of that wasn’t enough, you also have a two dc5521 outputs that can do 16.2, volts or 3 amps, pretty good 38 watts per port and, like most things now, uh ecoflow. Also comes with an app and this app will, let you monitor control the battery remotely.
You can also see everything that is plugged in and how much power is being used for set things and also you can adjust those settings over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, and all this is built into these relatively a small package. This thing weighs 27 pounds. Would you consider the competition usually upwards of 40.? That’S pretty light, considering what you are getting foreign so from a tech perspective. If this battery is packing a ton of capacity literally and figuratively, in ports, but most importantly, it’s how you’re going to use it and that’s where you have to get creative and you can get creative.
You do this thing at home for Van life really anywhere. You will need this to work and think of it as essentially like a generator right now, whether you are on the road at home, you live where it snows or power goes out all the time. There’S a lot of reasons why one of these would be an awesome addition, but I think the best reason is probably an emergency, because if the power goes out, there are a ton of different things that might need some juice. Your refrigerator is probably the most important as soon as you open that door, the cold will escape and the food will start to spoil, won’t get cold again, so keeping it powered during an outage is key. You might also live with someone with a medical condition that needs to keep a medical device powered. This would bring that peace of mind, no matter what that your loved one will have device and have the power that they need, but this is obviously just for emergencies. It’S also great for having fun. If you’re Outdoors going camping, you can keep your phone charged or even power devices like a projector, a heated blanket or even your startling for internet to make this video I’m kind of sweating a little bit. We have lights cameras, TVs, monitors, all kinds of things that need power over here inside the studio, it’s fine because we can just plug into a wall. Obviously, sometimes you want to go on location, finding a place to plug all those things in is tough, but having a batter at Delta 2, when we can literally go anywhere with our gear and power it for hours. This lets us have a portable Command Center to make videos, so that’s a few ways to use it, but the end of the day you’re gon na have to sort of plug the battery in to recharge it and they’ve made it really easy to do that. So the easiest way is just to plug it into a wall. When you use this method, it’s going to recharge really quickly with your extreme technology that ecoflow is using. This can go from zero to eighty percent in 50 minutes and 0 to 100 in 80.
uh, and that is nuts fast for battery this capacity. And if you can, this is the best way to recharge, but that’s always possible. If you don’t have access to a wall outlet, maybe you’re you’re camping, you could also use the sun with solar panel. So you can buy this as a kit, so you have a solar generator that can run indefinitely as long as you’ve got the Sun, and these solar panels are portable.
They fold away. We aren’t using them and they’re super easy to set up. When you are, I think the best part here is these panels can charge all the way anywhere from three to six hours, with 500 watts of solar input uh, not as fast the wall outlet, but considering you can do it anywhere. It is nuts impressive. Obviously, I think one potential issue I think the people have – and I have with batteries of this type – is sort of the battery of Lifetime. You’Re constantly running the battery recharging it quickly, it’s possible, the battery might lose some capacity. Ecoflow. Actually thought of that.
This is using lfp batteries sort of inside the pack. It’S actually seem to have batteries out of Tesla shipping in the model 3., and it comes with a few benefits. First. 3. 000 psycho lifetime. So if you use this battery every single day, it would still take 10 years before the battery had any issues at all, plus it’s safe, so you can charge and recharge year over year without the battery potentially becoming dangerous, even as you get to those 3 000 Cycles, you’ll still have around 80 of your battery life left doesn’t become unusable after that amount of uses.
So the ecoflow Delta 2 is not just a battery, but I think it has like an essential Home Appliance for daily home outdoor travel, whatever an eco-friendly power solution for your family, anytime and anywhere. So I think at this point you probably know, if you’re in the market for a battery pack like this, if you are a camper, you do a lot of road trips in an EV and want to have a peace of mind for an extra mile or two Of range, If, instead of a gas generator in your house, you already know something like this is going to be.
