So I’ve covered a bunch of projectors on this channel before, but the capsule of three is a bit unique.
Instead, you need to plug this thing into a wall and have a dedicated setup or a mounted on your ceiling or on a component stand. This is made to go anywhere. You want and easily portable to go with you, so I think capsule this first of all, a perfect name for this thing. Uh, it’s small pill shaped and it can stand on its own. It’S also small enough to fit in a backpack or a purse. So if you want to take it with you, it makes it really easy how to do that. It’S perfect for tailgates camping, watching movies, Outdoors or anything else you can think of. I think what makes it so good for pretty much any use case is that everything is built in everything you need it’s small, but it packs a pretty solid punch. So, most importantly, the capsule 3 is a laser projector. It comes with a few big benefits. First, it is 1.8 times brighter than the same wattage LED source, so you get 300 lumens of output from this, which is better than pretty much every portable projector on the market plus you’re, getting things like better color output. It uses less power for that same amount of brightness power.
Consumption is important for something like this, because it’s running off of a battery, it’s got a 14 500 milliamp hour battery inside. To get you two and a half hours of watch time on a charge. Certainly could be longer, but that is enough to get through at least one movie and is comparable with most other uh purple protectors on the market. Two and a half hours might not sound like a huge amount of time, but generally enough to watch a movie or a few TV shows, and it’s all while using the full capabilities of the projector. It’S not like neutering what it can do to sort of get through that amount of time. You can use everything that is in here, but if you want to watch for you know more time, you can obviously it comes with an ASD power. You can plug it in and then just use it like a regular projector. It also has things like Auto Keystone and focus so honestly, just point the projector at whatever wall or screen you have, and it will do the rest all right. So Hardware, I think, sounds pretty great. It looks great at the end of the day. I think what matters is, how it looks how the picture looks so that laser light source can produce a 1080p image up to 120 inches, which is just enormous.
If you don’t want it that big, you can still sort of focus as close as sort of half a meter away, giving you a 40 inch screen size and we went and watched really the Black Panther trailers over and over and over again, and the picture looked Really good uh, it was plenty bright, as you can see it in bright environments, a little bit of kind of over sharpening on it, and there was some smoothing happening, but the picture quality looked good. The colors looked, accurate black levels looked pretty close to Black, even though it’s still kind of a shade of gray picture was really impressive for a little projector to the sound that came out of it. Uh was also pretty awesome, so it’s got an 8 watt speaker built in with Dolby Digital plus and again this is all in one.
So having a good listening experience, I think is important. As the image setting up a projector can sometimes be a pain, uh nebulous made it crazy, easy, there’s literally one button on the remote I’m gon na turn this into this. Nothing else done. All I did was push button on the remote. They made that whole process really easy, which is awesome. So if you want to move this forward or back to make your screen size bigger, that whole thing is super simple and then because Android TV, you got access to all your favorite apps. I had was actually sitting behind the projector and it sounds like the image was actually coming from the screen if you’re in front of her to the sides, it was a little bit on the soft side, but you consider how small the thing is. It’S a pretty solid speaker setup built in this is also a smart TV on its own. Um wouldn’t be much use if you plugged it in you had nothing to watch on it uh.
It runs Android TV 11, which means you can download all the apps that you’d want to stream with and it’ll just work. So for pricing, it’s just under 800 bucks. 7.99. So it’s not a cheap, projector and you’re getting an image that doesn’t look cheap, but it is packing a ton of features that produce a really good image and, of course, being nebula, which is a subsidiary of anchor.
You can always find a great deal whenever you want to to buy it, there’s always sort of sales going on and pretty much everything if you’re looking for something to take with you to even use at home. If you want to go to watch movies, TV shows or whatever you’re making uh on the go, this is an incredible way to do it in a small package that delivers great image, quality, pretty awesome, sound quality and something that could fit right in your bag.
