Hi, my name is Jake with so I’m one of the product managers for Belkin in our home automation, department. We make the Wemo home on a mission line. I want to introduce you to the Belkin Wemo maker module. This was designed for the person who wants to create an explorer and invent and basically give them away to take home automation in whichever way they want to.
But a lot of people come to us and say we like to Remo technology. It’S boy cloud support is used to anywhere in the world as long as, if an internet connection no subsequent subscription cost, but this device allows you to wire in whatever type of device you want through the use, open relay contacts here, you’re taking your on and off Your uh naw, freelance wire them into device; they hook up through a micro USB to USB power connection, and you can use them anywhere in the world and make whatever device you want intelligent. Along with that, we have a 5 volt direct current sensor on the board.
As well, which allows you to take any sensor, you want, why are you the device and you can use it? However, you want so. Let’S say you want to wire this up to an irrigation system and you can use that with a moisture sensor and create a rule within the app that says. If there’s moisture detected in the morning, do not check out my irrigation system to save you, money, etc, etc, and this is a 36 volt or lower direct current device. So it’s low voltage and it will work with any device like that and that’s the Belkin Wemo maker.
