Hi, this is Wayne again with a topic “Voltset: The Smart Multimeter”.
All right, my name is tom and i’m from san jose. The project is called bolset and we’re actually here in megasphere last year as well. Okay, so both there’s a really interesting concept. It’S a new tool to empower makers, i’m sure if anyone who has used a multimeter is very familiar with this guy and what we’re doing here is we’re changing this guy and we string it down and and make it a lot better and change to this guy. It’S ultra affordable, there’s like a test like there’s a tesla right here, it’s kind of uh in here, so a lot of makers are on the go. You’Ll have these and uh in your pocket.
Any time you want so this works with your smartphone and with that we – and we are here in makerspace to showcase our new concepts like one of it is kind of like we put a smartphone here and you have the temp pro right here. Just kind of test it out see if people would like to have to use a multimeter display. People are really interested, it’s very fun in maker sphere, because guys are from many different um areas and disciplines and hearing how people wants to use really really blows.
Our mind and gives us a lot of drive being maker. Fair means a lot to us um, it’s kind of like back to the mothership and able to demonstrate what we have what we can contribute back to the society. It means a lot to us. For instance, we were here last year and we were demoing these two.
These were the the uh the most set from last year and then after a year, we improved this version and then we’re improving to this version, and we were. We went on kickstarter with this, and actually it’s still not enough we’re making another new version right here that we were showing to some of our backers. Able to interact with our backers face to face means a lot to us, so we know exactly what to build to make the best value for makers.
