Hi, this is Wayne again with a topic “Maker Mondays: Justin of Rainfall Projects”.
My name is miles and this is make with miles maker mondays in this series. I’M going to be asking makers three different questions. What’S your favorite tool, what’s the first thing that you made and what’s one piece of advice for young makers, let’s go favorite tool uh. The last couple years has been the cnc tables uh. I just think of more and more ways to use them and uh with the metal and the wood there’s just tons of things you can do with them.
So that’s what i’m using the most. I think and also i think it’s speed square. I had you see the speed square all the time. I have that on my tool belt at all times, um, oh man, i had all kinds of legos and and connects when i was young and i just spent hours up in my room along working on those, and i was just like in my own world.
I remember when i’d have trouble finding a piece i’d go, get my mom and she came up and looked and like in the whole pile of legos helped me find the piece and then i keep building. So that was probably some of the first things that i i felt. I think my advice would be to figure out what you love doing, not because it’s gon na make you money or or it’s uh, maybe a career, just figure out what you love doing and do it. For that reason, and let everything else like happen along the way you .
