Maker Mondays: Peter Brown

Hi, this is Wayne again with a topic “Maker Mondays: Peter Brown”.
My name is miles, and this is make with miles maker mondays in this series. I’M going to be asking makers three different questions. What’S your favorite tool, what’s the first thing that you made and what’s one piece of advice for young makers, let’s go, my favorite tool is actually my table saw that i rebuilt it took me about 10 minutes to rebuild it rebuilt it from scratch to 1950s delta Unisa in order of importance, i’ve got my wife, my first child my table saw and my second child, but um. That’S not my favorite tool to use, which is my lathe, which is a really crappy chinese made that i can just do whatever i want to so they’re my favorite tools for totally different reasons. Yesterday, first thing that i remember making, i made a set of bookends for my mom. There was a there’s, a group in california called 4-h, it’s like boy scouts for farmers and we had a woodworking club, and so i made a set of really nice wood bookends for my mom. I think i think that the answer that most people give is that they need to just do it um, and i think that i would like to truncate that you should also enjoy it. You know it’s something that you should be having fun with and if you’re, if you’re so worried about getting things right and doing things perfectly, then you’re gon na ruin the experience and the joy of actually makeup. You .
