Setup Wars – Episode 182

Setup Wars - Episode 182

Hi, this is Wayne again with a topic “Setup Wars – Episode 182”.
The person with the worst setup from episode 180 was talha. Congratulations on winning $ 100. What’S up guys, i’m tech Saurus welcome to setup wars, episode 182! The show where we look at some awesome gaming setups, if you guys want to participate, make sure to watch the video linked down below. But with that said, let the set up. Wars begin from the lightest footstep to the deepest bass tone.

You’Ll hear more of everything with the virtuoso RGB wireless gaming headset. It comes with a detachable microphone with great vocal clarity that even rivals standalone microphones with premium memory, foam ear pads along with a lightweight headband. The headset will deliver pillow-soft long, lasting comfort for long hours. On end to learn more click, the link below kicking off the episode.

We have a very simple stormtrooper team setup from Adrian coming from the UK. He uses this for gaming and editing with a single 34 inch ultra wide from Acer. We got the corsair k70 luxe RGB keyboard with custom white key caps, those look actually pretty sweet and the dark core RGB Mouse parado. He is using the sharp, sound bar and a pair of SteelSeries Arctic Pro wireless headphones. Personally, I like it when people put their PC sideways like this. It’S always refreshing.

If you see something, that’s not so cookie-cutter when it comes to gaming setups, the specs are also insane. It’S got an 87 hundred k with 16 gigs of ram and the EVGA r-tx 28 ETI FTW 3 edition. Now, since the pc is on the edge like that, the cables can be routed straight down and underneath the desk and adrian did a fantastic job. Keeping things organized underneath here, everything is mounted underneath the desk and away from sight well done a pretty straightforward setup that has both functionality and form. Thank You. Adrian, for starting off the show. Next up is Colin from Alaska, and his awesome custom-made PC desk now Colin, is a medic in the US Army, and this is the setup that he uses for gaming. Music production and school work he’s got dual 22 inch monitors from HP, a courser k55 RGB keyboard and a Logitech g600 mouse. But what I’m more interested in is the desk itself, which has a PC built inside. This is interesting. It caused him only $ 200 to build with the glass being the most expensive piece now, even though the desk itself looks really cool, I feel like the parts inside, don’t really do it justice, it just looks like a bunch of PC parts that were tossed in There, without any actual organization, Colin did state that his birthday is coming up in October, which already passed since I’m shooting this in November, but he is planning on upgrading his PC. Personally, I would have gone with a water cooling routes because those always look awesome inside a PC desk, I’m also not sold on those legs. Now I’m no handyman by any means, but does that actually looks 32? You guys, I feel like if you were, to move the desk around a little bit. The legs would collapse, Ferrario he’s using a pair of speakers with SteelSeries wireless headset, and he mic placement makes sense, since he can’t really mount it on the desk because of how thick it is. I appreciate the creativity and the effort you put into building this desk and I think you did an excellent job, but I can’t help but feel like it’s missing something I feel like the whole point of building a PC desk with a glass surface is to look Through it and admire your beautiful system – and it just doesn’t seem like that in this setup either way. Thank You Colin for sharing this cool custom desk with us.

Thank you for your service and thank you for entering Elias is up next with a music production setup that he also uses for gaming. Yes, 27 inch, acer monitors, hooked up on the desk and the cursor k55 RGB keyboard with the logitech g502 mouse. The first thing I immediately noticed all the cables on the desk yeah, I feel like he can tidy them up a bit by combining both keyboard wires together or even the screen deck and the Amazon echo dot wires together. Small things like that can improve the look of the setup.

Even adding a headphone hanger for the headset can help keep the surface less cluttered. You can also use this under table desk mount to store your MIDI keyboard when you’re not using it. I feel like it will be more convenient. Also, since it’ll be a lot closer to you to create music, he does use the tiny MIDI keyboard and a mixer and for audio gear. He has the bose qc25 headphones and the AKG d5 microphone hooked up on the side at the desk. I’M actually surprised he doesn’t have any studio speakers in the setup and finally, the PC power in the setup has a rising fire.

2700 GTX. 1060 Strix. I mean it’s not a bad setup, but it can definitely use some modifications to improve. Thank you for entering this next set of Julian is quite interesting. It’S built in the corner of his residential skyscraper, and you know what I’ve always wondered, how different life would be living in a tall building like this other than having amazing views like this.

I’M always curious about the convenience of things like how easy is it to move in furniture or how long does it take to get in and out of the building, but anyways back to the set up. So Julian is using two separate 27-inch monitors that he mounted on the wall and then we got some razor gear underneath he didn’t keep the desk very clean and organized and even managed to mount his PC right behind them. It’S a custom water-cooled system with the horizon. 7 1700 and a galaxy RTX 2070 in white. I also like that glass shelf.

He has on the left side holding up some of the anime figurines. I only recognized a few of them. We got one piece on the bottom say: Tama from one punch, man right above that and my favorite anime attack on tines all the way up there very nice collection. The desk was pretty cool because it has these hidden compartments.

Where he’s able to hide all the cables without much work, but overall, this is a very cool corner desk, set up with an awesome view. Thank You Julian for entering last minute leases martin from budapest, hungary – and this is the set up users for gaming and streaming. So the main monitor is a 23 inch, while the secondary is an outdated sync master from samsung, both of which are mounted to the desk.

You know this setup actually seems a bit familiar, but he didn’t state in the notes that he was on the show before for peripherals. He’S got the Razer BlackWidow chroma v2 keyboard and the Razer DeathAdder Mouse with three different colored mouse pads, which he says he swaps out to match the RGB lighting from the keyboard and mouse. Honestly, I would have just gone with an RGB mouse pad, I mean you can buy one as low as $ 20 from red dragon.

The pc power in the setup has a 93 8100 and a gtx 1060, and it looks like it’s in the same spot as the first setup. Cables are managed neatly underneath the desk. I don’t have any complaints here and, if you’re gon na have your PC pretty far from you, it’s always a great idea to add an SD card reader or even a USB hub, underneath your desk for convenience that way you’re not constantly getting up your PC. The only minor thing I would change is possibly putting the laptop away.

I know it’s a very simple suggestion, but if you want to take it a step further, you can buy a laptop storage drawer and mount it underneath your desk. Not only will your setup look less cluttered, but you can have easy access to the laptop whenever you need to use it. A super clean setup. Nonetheless, with purpose.
