The 3070 ti is unquestionably a souped-up 30-70, but it would be more appropriate to call the 3080ti a cut down 3090, with just a few less cores and 12 gigs of memory, that’s half the 30 90 and 2 gigs more than the vanilla 3080.. Although calling it cut down would be a stretch since in many games it actually performs better than the 3090, but the fact that nvidia hasn’t released more budget graphics cards is making some gamers angry and for good reason. These two models aren’t going to do it. A lot to get more cards into the hands of gamers, who don’t have over a grand to drop on a new gpu.

Oh and amd’s developed a 3d stacking technology that features more density and power efficiency than intel’s.
