Hi, this is Wayne again with a topic “The Verge is at CES 2015: get hyped”.
It’S easy to be cynical about ces, it’s easy to look at all this hype and all this nonsense in the middle of vegas and decide that it’s all meaningless. But if you look just past the surface, what you see is that everyone in tech and media and art and science is here for a week to talk and party and have big ideas about the future. And that’s amazing ces is big. It’S so big that it can fit self-driving cars next to gigantic curved tvs next to small startups. You’Ve never heard about building things you’ve never dreamed about.
Ces is also where the entire verge team comes together from across the world and thinks about what it actually means for technology and science and entertainment to collide and to spend the week not only telling the story of this future to building the future of our site. So yeah it’s vegas yeah, it’s crazy and yeah there’s a lot of hype over things that might never happen, but damn it’s fun to dream. Let’S go to ceo .
