Hi, this is Wayne again with a topic “The BEST Chromebooks of CES 2020!”.
Guys we are here at CES 2020 and there are a few new Chromebooks that were released this year. That actually are very interesting. Now normally Chromebooks are super low-end machines, except for a few select variants, but this year we saw a number of really high-end Chromebooks that actually guard our attention. So we decided we were going to do a roundup of the three best Chromebooks from CES 2020.
So the first Chromebook on our list is the Samsung Galaxy. Chromebook now is a brand new Chromebook from Samsung. It’S this beautiful Fiesta, red color they’ve also got a silver variant, but this is a really really high-end.
Chromebook, it’s using Intel’s, tenth generation processor. It’S got a 4k display, that’s a touch screen, it’s got a pen, so you can do a bunch of different artistic features and seems like didn’t actually say what these artistic features are. But it said that was made for artists and people that liked to use that pen. It’S also just got this really amazing super nice chassis – and this is probably the premium Chromebook they’re gon na want to buy. If you don’t want to pick up a Google pixel book now, this Chromebook is going to start at $ 1000 and it’s going to be launching in March, so stay tuned for the review. Next on. Our list is the Asus Chromebook flip C 436 and if you’ve heard of the Asus Chromebook flip before that was an old Chromebook that was very, very popular, a lot of people. My family picked that up because it was just a super cool early Chromebook that did this whole flip design and they’ve brought back. That 360 degree hinge.
But now the laptop is a lot sleeker. It’S a lot harsher on the corners instead of being around it. It just looks a lot nicer.
The configurations that you can get with this Chromebook are pretty intense as well. You can get 16 gigs of RAM 512 gigabytes of storage. It’S got a pretty massive battery, so if you likes that original Asus Chromebook flip you’re, probably going to really like this one, let’s up on our list is leave Lenovo IdeaPad at duet chromebook. Now this is a little bit of a lower-end chromebook. It’S not going to be as high class as those two Chromebooks I mentioned before, but if you were looking to get a pixel slate but wanted to spend a little bit less money, this is kind of what you want to go for it’s effectively a tablet Chromebook, Which attaches to this little dock with the keyboard, and it kind of gives you that flexibility of, if you want to use Chrome in tablet mode, if you’re, just watching YouTube and want to have in your hands or if you want to use it as a laptop And we don’t know the exact processor that the duet is running. It’S some unspecified mediatek chip, but overall it’s just a really nice 10 inch display.
It actually supports specific styluses. It doesn’t come with one, but you could use styluses on it. If you just want a basic Chromebook that is more functional and can flip between being a tablet and a laptop, you can pick this up in May for two hundred and seventy nine dollars so again.
Well, there weren’t a ton of Chromebooks that were announced this year at CES 2020. The ones that were announced are actually pretty interesting. I’M specifically excited to get my hands on that Samsung Galaxy Chromebook, so stay tuned to Android Authority.
