Hi, this is Wayne again with a topic “Xperia Arc/Arc S custom kernel Quadrant”.
K youtube: I’m just going to do a quick video on my xperia arc s. It’S been overclocked to 1.9 gigahertz on the doom colonel, so it’s still on the stock rom and I’m basically just going to do a quadrant, it’s on known performance mode and it’s scoring pretty highly and because I’ve put the IO on anticipatory there’s a bit less lag. When it’s um turning okay, so that’s 2276! All about these I mean these are slightly outdated phones. Now they should probably update it.
They are if we have a look, a system, information so ya, see that it’s about 1900 megahertz, single call and one problem. I would this: is that don’t like the fact that it’s only got 512 megabytes of ram because that it kind of it makes when you’re multitasking makes it slightly laggy. They can kind of get in the way of each other, whereas on the galaxy s2 you have a gig of ram and that’s more than enough, but for day-to-day yeah, that’s fine and i normally I keep mine at one point, eight years, just for stability reasons. You know I’d, rather, it didn’t shut down in the middle of doing something, oh and you’re, not on performance, because performance keeps the processor clocked at the max, basically the whole time, which would not only heat it up, but it would use up a lot of my Battery faster and actually my battery’s running out quite fast already even on the stock rom washing. This is not wrong. Even without the stock kernel, it was running out really quite fast, which I was surprised because supposed to have eight hours of usage, and I can only get about five, not sure why my brightness is almost on lowest, be a. I mean what I use is task killer, tip close background app, so i don’t have lots of internet running but i’ll show you what the speeds like see that go. Google.
So it’s very quick and this you know it’s smooth fast, pretty much instant. Yes, you can tell the difference. Definitely. 1.8 giga hertz is faster and i do recommend you get the ADW launcher, that’s actually just too much cleaner.
Look I just find the xperia default is a bit bit too much. It’S kind of it’s more geared towards business users. Anyway, yeah thanks for watching rate comment, subscribe, yeah .
