6 Incredible Things you can do with your Smartphone!

Hi, this is Wayne again with a topic “6 Incredible Things you can do with your Smartphone!”.
So about a month ago, we did a pretty special video, showing you guys, some amazing things you can do just with your smartphone alone and you guys seem to really enjoy the video so without any further ado, we’re going to take it a step further. So we’re going to start with the lamp now, did you know, with your phone’s torch sitting, a bottle of water filled with water? On top of it, you create a lamp that pretty much rivals any twenty dollar lamp you could go out and buy, and all that’s really happening here is the previously focused and direct flashlights on the back of your phone is not being diffused. The light is being deflected in a way which actually means it spreads a softer glow across a wider area. Now there are actually quite a few different uses for this. You could use a set of quality prints and mood lighting. You could use this when you’re camping to actually light up the whole campsite.

It’S a pretty cool invention. A lot of people haven’t heard of now this next one may not sound particularly useful. There hear me out: did you know that on any Android or iOS device by turning on accessibility settings and then magnification gestures you can zoom in anytime and their setting overrides any application? For example, there are a lot of apps in which you can natively zoom in on things.

For example, a Facebook photo, for example, through your gallery, but there are also a lot of applications for which you can’t, for example, the certain internet pages you can’t zoom in on or for example, if you want to see some smaller text on a Facebook post. That is difficult to do in the mobile application. However, after using this setting on any part of the screen you want to zoom in it could be an icon, it could be a widget, you simply triple tap the screen. At least you do on Android. It can be activated differently in iOS and it zooms straight in so this next one was kind of inspired by conversation. I was having the other day and this person was telling me how no matter how many alarms they set. They continue to sleep through them, but there’s a way to prevent that happening, and the problem actually stems from this.

The smartphone speaker, whilst it can reach a reasonable volume, is a very inefficient way for sound to travel to your ears, because sound is being sent out in a almost 180 degrees fashion. It means that how did the amount that is sent out? Only a very small proportion of it reaches you, so a better way to do. It would be to place your smartphone in a mug, for example, and face the mug towards you when you sleep, and what that mug will do is redirect the audio it’ll channel the sound so that it reaches your ears through a more direct Channel, and that alone Can result in a volume increase of up to 30 % and trust me that will be enough to wake you up next up. Did you know that if you place a very or drop of water on the lens of your smartphone, you can significant you magnify your picture. You can focus on objects that are up to five times as close, and whilst it can be a bit fiddly to set up it’s, not something you’re going to use on a regular basis as a bit of an experiment is a pretty cool exercise.

So, a problem that I used to have and a problem that I’m willing to bet at least 80 % of households still do have is too many remotes. Every time you buy a new TV box or new piece of kit, they are often operated with their own unique IR remote, and that creates a bit of a problem because in order to fully use all the devices in a room, you have to operate. Twelve different controllers and don’t forget each of these controllers is going to be running off its own set of batteries and the cost of that builds up. So, instead of buying one giant round of batteries for all those remotes spend that money instead on buying an IR blaster for your smartphone and what that essentially allow you to do is control all of your IR devices with this one piece of kit right here.

So this is a bit of a different one, but there’s actually quite a cool way of duplicating yourself within a photo without using a sophisticated photo editing program. That’S what you need to do is to get a friend get that friend to take a panorama shot and that panorama shot should start with you on one of the ends. Now, as soon as while they’re tying the phone, they pass, where you’re standing need to quickly run behind that person, who’s taking the photos and then move to the other side and by the time they’ve finished, that 180 degrees shot. You’Ll have appeared at least twice in the photo now this creates a really cool effect and it works best when there’s no-one else in the background so go to somewhere, which is a little bit quieter and you’re going to have some pretty stunning results so guys. I really hope you enjoyed the video and, if you do want to see more, like this be sure to subscribe, and let me know in the comments down below so that being said, I’m still the boss. I .
