Well, this application ticks all of those boxes. It works great on your fire, stick on your Android TV and with the latest update, they really have added in so many more channels, so many more movies that you can enjoy it across all of your devices. So we’re talking about the brand new version of Zumo. Now, as you guys know, I’m based in the UK, I can access this application. This latest version without using any VPN, and I’m not seeing any adverts in this update. Let’S open that up now, as soon as you start the application we can see, we have the main menu on the left.
We have the live TV section. We have free movies on demand. I think mobile gives you a link if you want to install the mobile version of this application for your phones and tablets. Let’S start with the settings just to confirm that, as you guys know, I only cover official applications, and here we can just see that this version is version 1.1.78, and this is the one that I’m not seeing any adverts and I can use it across.
All of my devices, without using any kind of VPN now, let’s start with the live section, because I think that’s one of the the bigger sections in this application where, as you can see guys, they literally have pages and pages of live TV content. Everything has been properly categorized. We can see the fully working program guide, so you know exactly what’s on now. What’S coming up next here, for example, and you can see they have links, and it’s one of the great things about this application, because, as it is an official application to have those official partner links into other streaming, services like filmrise like, for example, Crackle TV.
So here on channel 256 we can see this is the Doc Martin uh show. I can click on that and we can see in a couple of seconds. We should be straight into that live Channel and, as you can see, it is a live broadcast and it’s working straight away, and that really is a fantastic HD picture, which is always one of the key benefits of using official applications is not only is the content Normally in high definition, because they have the official backing the back-end infrastructure, it means we can enjoy all of this content without any buffering or stuttering, or anything like that. Let’S press back now when you press back the channel as she remains playing in the background, but we can keep being through this list now, if you don’t go through a big list like this, you can also press the context key, which is one of the three Lines – and this will allow you to bring up the categories of channels, so if I’m only interested in sports, I can click on that, and I can now see all of the dedicated sports channels in this application.
Here, for example, on channel 702, we’ve got some Billiards click on that, just to show you that it’s not just one channel one episode everything in this application, it’s working it’s working straight away and, as you can see, we can go straight into this content without any Of those pesky interruptions, let’s press back, so you can see guys. I mean I’m just whizzing through now, just to show you the sheer volume of channels included and we really do have a lot. I can now go to the free movie section, and here you’ll just see guys. You’Re gon na find definitely something worth watching.
So we’ve got the holiday section. We’Ve got the most popular section. We have editor picks. You can see some fairly recent content in here way of leaving soon we have black experience action, comedy thriller crime sci-fi.
Let’S try this one here. So this Lake Placid click on that click on play. Just to show you that, even with the on demand section, you find your movie find your content, no adverts, no interruptions, one click and you really can go ahead and enjoy this content. Let’S follow that a bit just here.
That’S working, fine, yep works great and, of course, no adverts. Let’S back out of that, then we have an on-demand section. So here you can see some video on demand, VOD content again all sorted out into proper categories.
So if I’m interested in um Crime TV, I can now see the VOD section for that. We have some chord TV. We have unsold Mysteries. Let’S just try this one here and again within a couple of seconds, with no interruptions, no pop-ups. We are straight into that content, let’s back out of that, and we can see with some of the movies they’ve actually got links into applications like crackle as well as film rise.
So a great way for you to aggregate the content from those free legal streaming. Applications into this single application, several guys, I really am impressed with this update for Zumo. It really has some great content. All of those live TV channels.
With that fully working program guide, we can see – or, as you saw in the free movie section on demand, section they’ve got tons of VOD content, so you can go ahead and enjoy all of this content and, as you guys have seen no adverts at all. So it really means we can go ahead and enjoy all of this content without any of those interruptions. So that’s the latest version.
