🔴NEW AMAZON UPDATE – ADB BLOCKED !

🔴NEW AMAZON UPDATE - ADB BLOCKED !

Hi, this is Wayne again with a topic “🔴NEW AMAZON UPDATE – ADB BLOCKED !”.
So the very latest update from Amazon has now broken. Adb. Now ADB is a very popular method of connecting to your fire stick. So you can issue commands, so you can make changes. You can do tweaks lots of things. I’Ve covered on my channel before all relied on ADB now. Here we can see on my third generation Fire TV Cube if I try to open up the very popular remote, ADB shell.

Let’S click on that. If I now go down and click on connect, we can see straight away. It says connection failed. Let’S do that one more time now lots of you have reached out to me because, as you can imagine, if your device can’t make ADB connections anymore, then my applications, the cache cleaner or the app killer, they’re just not going to function anymore because they won’t be Able to make that ADB connection, as you can see here, so make a connection connection failed now now, if we check on my device here and just confirm exactly which version has this issue.

So if I go to myi TV, let’s click on about – and we can see my third gen Cube running fire OS 7.6.6 do9 has this issue. I’Ve also checked online that fire os8 devices the ones shown on the screen. They also have this new issue now, where ADB connections are now seemingly blocked. Now, if I jump over to my other device, which is still running a slightly older version, let’s look at that now.

We can see this device here. This one is running 7.6.6 do8. So one version before and we can see on this device, I can open up the app killer. I can make a connection and it connects first time, so I really can’t explain exactly why Amazon would now decide to block ADB connections on the device, especially because, if you use another device like a phone or a tablet or your PC or laptop, you can still Make an ADB connection even on the very latest fire OS version. It’S only when you try to make a connection locally on the device itself, that’s where it has a problem. I I to demonstrate one more time on this with rot ad shell and let’s open that up connecting to Local Host connect. It connects first time so definitely on the older fire OS. You can make connections with ad shell and, of course, all of my applications work. Okay, just on the very latest version – maybe it’s a mistake. Maybe they’ve made a glitch, maybe it’s a bug, maybe they’ll remediate it in a future version, but I’m going to troubleshoot and see if I can work out what’s causing this problem and of course, if there is a new fix, then I will be releasing a new Update both for the app killer and the cash cleaner, but now I would just say that I appreciate your support.

I really appreciate your patience whilst I trying to figure out what’s causing this. You know particular problem, but please do leave me a comment below what version of fire OS you are running and if you can still run ADB shell directly on your device, because if this works okay, then both of my applications will be okay. If this doesn’t work, then any application that relies on ADB, including, for example, Mouse toggle, is just not going to work anymore on the latest version of fire OS. So that’s pretty much the video guys just a quick update, so you guys know exactly what’s going on. I will be reaching out to Amazon to ask: what’s caused this issue and if I get any response, I will let you guys know straight away so make sure you are subscribed with all notifications and I’ll, hopefully catch up with you guys real soon, that than .
